1. No Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Refund Policy.
Once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You provide a clear unboxing video taken while opening the parcel (mandatory proof).
- The exchange request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper unboxing proof, we will not be able to process your exchange.
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Record a clear video while opening your shipment (showing parcel and product condition).

- Once approved, we’ll arrange for an exchange or provide store credit, depending on availability.
4. Exchange Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
- No exchange will be accepted for size issues, color preferences, or customer negligence.
- Exchanges are accepted only for valid cases with proper proof as mentioned.
5. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it from the courier.
Contact us immediately with pictures or videos for further assistance.
if Your return is approved by our team then we will initiate a refund with in 15 Working days in your source account.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or replacement:
- Clearance or sale items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
